Roles & Responsibilities

The Recruitment Consultant role is a part of HackerTrail's frontline business development team. The role will mainly consist of farming of existing client accounts.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Understand market dynamics of the IT recruitment industry and work with the team to position the company as a market leader in the cities we serve.
  • Develop a deep understanding of HackerTrail's business, customer segments, use cases and revenue channels that we cater to.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with clients allocated to you and own these relationships end-to-end.
  • Nurture client relationships and ensure we are 'top of mind' and contacted promptly over open technology roles that fall within our purview.
  • Sourcing and shortlisting candidates for all types of job roles catered to by the Company.
  • Ensure a quick turnaround time of CV submissions and achieve your monthly/quarterly KPIs, as applicable.
  • What we look for:

  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships with colleagues, clients and candidates.
  • Experience as a tech recruiter or in recruitment is preferred. If you're primarily a non-tech recruiter then having the willingness to learn tech is essential.
  • Knowledge of employment laws in Singapore is preferred.
  • Positive attitude at work, and a good team player.
  • Hunger to learn and willingness to take on responsibility.
