They are looking for a
Senior/Manager, HR to support senior leaders in driving new initiatives and businesess. As part of a team that builds and develops capabilities, you will design long term HR strategies and provide customised and forward-looking people solutions. You will align business objectives with HR initiatives to best serve both employees and business managers.
Adept in stake holders management, you will build a strong organisation culture to support business transofrmation.
Main responsibilities include:
  • Working closely with business leaders to deliver HR initiatives and solutions that will drive the business in the short and longer term
  • Acts as performance improvement driver to influence performance culture in the business environment
  • Supportsthe implementation of group wide HR policies and programmes, including working closely with overseas offices in the implementation when required
  • Provide full spectrum of HR functions to line managers, including recruitment & selection, performance management, talent management and employee engagement
  • Provide support to International Assignees when required

  • Requirements
  • Degree in any discipline
  • At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in similar portfolio or in HR consulting
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent, proactive, hands-on and driven
  • Result-oriented with strong sense of accountability for accomplishing assignments within timelines
  • Possess a good knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, such as talent acquisition and development, employee retention, organsational effectiveness, compensation practices and diversity
  • Strong stakeholder management
