Job Description

Job Purpose

You will play a key role in building effective HR services delivery to support the operations and growth of the assigned Business Unit. You will partner Business Unit by taking a proactive and consultative approach in key human resource areas to deliver and achieve business goals as well as maintaining good employee relations with line managers through dialogues, coaching and counselling.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR function including but not limited to implementation of HR policies, talent attraction and retention programmes, performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and employee engagement
  • Take on an advisory role and work in close partnership with BU to deliver and achieve business goals
  • Work with line managers on staff management and Corporate HR initiatives
  • Collaborate with HR specialist teams to ensure consistent and integrated HR support to the business
  • Qualifications & Work Experience

  • Possess Degree with minimum 8 years of broad HR experience in an MNC or large local organization, both hands on and strategic.
  • Good understanding of current and emerging HR and IR programmes and practices
  • Good knowledge of local labour law
  • Experience in dealing with global mobility, start-up will be advantageous
