Job Purpose
You will play a key role in building effective HR services delivery to support the operations and growth of the assigned Business Unit. You will partner Business Unit by taking a proactive and consultative approach in key human resource areas to deliver and achieve business goals as well as maintaining good employee relations with line managers through dialogues, coaching and counselling.
