    What will you be accomplishing?

    We are currently looking for an self-motivated and enthusiastic Senior / Human Resource Executive APAC to be involved in a broad HR spectrum initiatives and transform organizational goals along with people strategies with the ultimate goal to achieve business results and employee experiences.

    This is a rapidly changing environment, so we are looking for a team that want to embrace the evolution of HR as we develop dynamic technology to support Business and HR best practices.

    Scope & Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with HRBP APAC and business units to provide support on strategic approaches to attract, motivate and retain talents
  • Execute on the full spectrum of HR matters including:
  • Participate in talent acquisition, talent management and employee engagement activities
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Manage monthly payroll processing, CPF, IRAS submission and statutory claims/requests
  • Responsible for work pass administration; application, renewal, cancellation and issuance
  • Administer learning and development initiatives; coordination/enrolment of internal/external courses and update training log
  • Formulate policies and procedures to support the people strategies
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions for improvement
  • Support in compensation & benefits topics
  • Manage office-related requests
  • Anticipate and resolve HR issues impacting the business and provide insights, recommendations, and solutions when needed
  • Proactive support in continuous improvement of HR projects
  • Able to start immediately or on short notice
  • This role is based in Singapore
  • Requirements:

  • Possess university degree in HR-related discipline
  • Must have at least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Well-versed in Singapore Employment Act
  • Fluent in English language
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • A team player with a strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation to get tasks done independently
  • Strong analytical skills, results-oriented and effective problem-solving skills
  • Forward-thinking and agile mindset
