Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

Coordinate for recruitment pertaining to advertisement, application screening, and interview arrangement
Preparation of HR related letters (Letter of Appointment, Confirmation, manpower requisition letter , employment certification letter , warning letter, termination letter etc)
Conduct of new employees orientation, briefing on Companys HR policies and any reference checks if required.
Maintaining of employee files and HR filing system
Employee record maintenance
Prepare monthly staff movement and disseminate to all staffs.
Conduct exit interview for resign employees.
Prepare mid and end months payroll by calculating unpaid leave, staffs incentives, commission and other payments.
Provide HR administrative support (foreign work pass application, NS make up claim, work injury compensation claims).
Liaise with external / government regulatories with regards to appeal or clarification as and when requested by management.
Checking of COE list for bidding.
Coordinate and liaise with insurance companies with regards to Company insurance (properties, vehicles, staffs hospitalisation & surgical, outpatient) new coverage, renewal, comparison of costs and other miscellaneous matters.
Process employees application for trade specific agents, general agents , including its yearly renewal.
Checking/verification of invoices and credit notes for insurance new coverage and renewal.
Filing of IR21 for resigned foreign employees
Prepare subsidiaries companies Premium Leasing and Premium Global Mobility monthly payrolls and its month-end reports and annual IR8A forms.
Prepare monthly overtime and salary reports for aftersales department.
Process childcare leave, maternity leave and paternity leave claims.
Process SDF training grants applications.
Advise employees on HR related queries.
Prepare annual performance and salary review appraisals.
Assist in companys variable bonus preparation.
Coordinate and assist HR activities and projects.

Job Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or Office Admin

At least 3-5 years experience in Human Resource Administration

Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and related payroll softwares

Good communication and interpersonal skills
