In charge of the recruitment process from sourcing to arranging for interviews & background checks.
Responsible for day-to-day HR Operations such as attendance and leave management, application for work passes, handling overall expatriate matters, annual performance appraisal preparation, training need analysis/plans and ensuring proper personnel documentation are properly filed.
Follow-through and manage on all global HR initiatives and new programs
In charge of payroll preparation and submission of personnel related statutory requirements, i.e. NSAF, Maternity and Childcare Leave Claims
Manage the entire employee life cycle from onboarding, to orientation, process confirmation of employment, and offboarding.
Assist to resolve workplace conflicts, staff grievance, disciplinary issue and termination.
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Maintain confidential employee information in HRIS & P-file of employees and generate relevant monthly reports and analysis where required.
Review and follow up on annual renewal of Company and group employee insurance plans and be able to source/negotiate for best packages.
Assist in improving HR processes and development of company policies and to guide employees on such policies & procedures.
Handle internal and external training administration, claim for subsidy or grants available.
Work as a HR representative in ensuring PDPA/GDPR in current HR processes and procedures.
Responsible for migrating HR and admin processes into QMS system.
Any other general administrative duties/ad-hoc projects as assigned by immediate supervisor.
Minimum Degree in HRM or equivalent with HR generalist experience (Experience in compensation & benefits will be added advantage).
Minimum 5 years of experience in Senior HR and Administration role.
Candidate with lesser experience will be considered for the junior role.
