About the Company:

Our client is a regional leading Chemical Solution Provider with presence across Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, India, Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam and Hong Kong. They are looking for a Senior HR Officer or HR Officer to join their regional team in Hong Kong to oversee the HR operation across the region.

They have a very stable teams over APAC region. They are looking for humble, driven and willing to learn type of candidates with stable career history to join the team.

The successful applicants would be mainly take in charge of the region for Hong Kong, China and Taiwan. The HR Director is willing to grow and teach the candidate to further expand their job scope to APAC Level.

Job Description:
  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, C&B, taxation, leave administration, learning &development and employee relations across the region.
  • Work as part of the team responsible to support both regional and local office staffs record with compliances towards the global regulations
  • Assist HRIS enhancement and work on new human resources initiatives in identifying and developing long-term people development strategies
  • Act as administrator for the HR system, design and formulate reports to capture and consolidate HR data for analysis and review; communicate and works effectively with the system vendor for any problem encounter
  • Assist in implementing HR projects andad-hoc assignments as required
Skills & Experiences required:
  • University degree in HR Management or related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in HR Management
  • Candidate with regional HR knowledge is an advantage
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Strong business acumen and sense of ownership
