About the Company:

Our client is an international luxury retail company with a strong presence over the globe.

They are looking for a HR professional to take up the role as Senior/ HR Officer specialising in 30% Employee relations, 40% Recruitment and 30% Learning & Development. They are looking for someone who is independent, flexible and outgoing to join their young and energetic team.

Job Description:

  • Handle end to end recruitment process, included but not limited to liaising with line managers for hiring needs, job ads posting, candidate selection, interviewing to on-boarding process
  • Act as the project leader of Employee Relation, work closely with the committees to organise different company events to enhance the employee wellbeing
  • Develop soft skills training programme in cooperation with the line managers and prepare the training materials
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training, ROI and more
  • Assist in any ad hoc tasks when needed

Skills & Experiences required:

  • University degree in HR Management or related discipline
  • Minimum of 4 years HR experience within a sizeable organisation
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
