Role Purpose

Providing supports to the team to ensure smooth HR Operations in both Office and retails shops Job

Responsibilities:

Monthly Payroll & Related Activities

  • Ensure payrolls in HQ & Retail Operations are accurate and completed on time
  • Proper arrangement for MPF Contribution and related administrative works
  • Submit related forms and prepare related reports

Compensation Administration

  • Annual Tax filing and related activities
  • Responsible for Rental Reimbursement Enrollment and administration

Benefits Administration

  • Insurance enrollment and administration
  • Employee Compensation submission and follow up
  • Handle leave administration (i.e. carry forward and cut off etc.)

Talent Acquisition

  • Support Talent Acquisition Manager on hiring Shop (Full Time & Part Time) employees
  • Coordinate with different organization to organize job booths
  • Coordinate and arrange interviews for HR colleagues and hiring managers

Employee Exit for Shop

  • Confirm employees the last working day with the manager
  • Calculate the exit documents (i.e. final payment, prepare reference letter etc.)
  • Go through the final payment in the Employee Exit
  • Provide Supplementary input on employees exit interview survey if applicable

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 3 years or above relevant experience, exposure on retail/FMCG industry is preferably
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong and Macau Employment Ordinance, MPF & other related legislations
  • Experience in HRIS execution and management (e.g. Alpha / FlexSystem / IPL / MRC, PeopleSoft, etc)
  • Familiar with Alpha HRIS is definitely an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good communication, self-motivated with can-do attitude
  • Proactive, well-organized an good team player
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Love numbers and making analysis
