HR Executive (Generalist) [Mulitple Roles]

  • Work location: Multiple Locations
  • Work hours: Office Hours
  • Perm role

    • We're partnering with multiple companies and they are looking for a HR Executive (Generalist)
    As a HR Executive, you will be managing the full HR functions with different area of focus.

    Job Scope:

  • Full spectrum of HR function
  • Strong in HR operations/transactional activities
  • Full spectrum of payroll process
  • Employee Engagement & Relations Communication - maintain a healthy, safe and fun work environment, build and engage with managers & employees, resolve workplace issues
  • Drive recruitment lifecycle including exploring/developing funnels for Recruitment/TA process and work pass application.
  • Support in L&D/T&D programme
  • Ensure HR practices are in line with the statutory requirements and market practices
  • Assists in country level HR policies and procedures
  • Assists in Internal Audit

    • Requirements:

  • Min Diploma/Degree holder in related field
  • Knowledge of HR domain will be advantageous.
  • Possesses good interpersonal, communication and organisational and planning skills
  • Possesses good management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and has keen eye for details
