Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

You will assist the HR Manager and responsible for handling full spectrum of HR functions for the assigned business units. Your duties include recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, employee relations, payroll and other HR operations matter. You will also handle the internship and scholarship program. Other responsibilities include maintenance of personnel records, leave administration, preparation of reports, HR audit, orientation, exit process and tax clearance etc.

Requirements:

  • Degree in HRM/Business Admin with a minimum of 5 7 years HR experience
  • The role covers Singapore and Middle East countries, familiarity of labour legislation in Singapore and Middle East will be advantageous
  • Payroll experience with WhyzeHR system
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • You should have good initiative and ability to work independently and a good team player
  • You should be a fast worker and ability to manage the assigned work well
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle complexities
  • Fluent with Excel application
  • Handle any other duties as assigned
