You will assist the HR Manager and responsible for handling full spectrum of HR functions for the assigned business units. Your duties include recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, employee relations, payroll and other HR operations matter. You will also handle the internship and scholarship program. Other responsibilities include maintenance of personnel records, leave administration, preparation of reports, HR audit, orientation, exit process and tax clearance etc.
