Reporting to the Senior Manager, Human Resource to provide support in the following areas of HR:
Maintain the HRIS recruitment module
Execute the full spectrum of recruitment activities including sourcing of candidates, selection of suitable applicant, and administering job offer.
Analyse the conversion success rate for each sourcing channel and provide administrative and logistical support during on boarding.
Gather information on talent needs and job descriptions from various divisions
Prepare hiring collaterals to be used in various hiring platforms
Handle the yearly EOM and manpower budget
Provide coordination and administrative support in the application of work permits, and documentation required for international workforce
Maintain new hires information packs
Review and execute the new hire orientation programmes
Coordinate the access set up for new hires
Gather feedback from new hires on their on-boarding experience
Talent management & succession planning
Provide administrative and coordination support for high potential programmes
Maintain talent pool lists by levels to analyse talent gaps
Document critical roles identified in the organisation
Document succession plans and potential successors for critical roles
Prepare reports on succession planning activities
Handle manpower related surveys.
Administers employee engagement surveys and collates responses and feedback while ensuring confidentiality of information provided.
Organize corporate and social events including dialogue sessions.
Manage HR projects and new initiatives.
Any other tasks as assigned.
JOB HOLDERS REQUIREMENTS
1. Degree in Human Resource Management with at least 5 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist role.
2. Proficiency in MS Excel
3. Excellent writing, presentation and communications skills.
4. Analytical, resourceful, pro-active and a team player.
