Roles & Responsibilities

Overall Job Scope

Perform as a HR Business Partner to cover full spectrum of HR functions, with a main focus on Talent Management and Development, HR Transformation and OD Projects, Organisational Culture and Employee Engagement and End-To-End Learning & Development Activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work and support the Group HR Head to review, design and deliver OD interventions in support of change management and transformation objectives.
  • Deliver Talent Management projects including budget, outcomes, resources, development of the plan and management of risk and issues.
  • Manage end-to-end administration of learning activities including grants and funding, and maintain training records for audits purpose.
  • Oversee and ensure timely compliance training, certification and re-certification of staff.
  • Create and communicate organization-wide learning initiatives and projects to drive learning and employees engagement.
  • Source and establish partnerships with external providers and relevant government agencies on funding, grants and sponsorship.
  • Develop and analyse training metrics to measure effectiveness, managing reporting and dashboards, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in HR or Business Administration related field.
  • HR professional experience for at least 5 years or more in handling talent management and OD projects, and end-to-end learning and development function.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong in Microsoft Office including Excel and Powerpoint skills.
  • Exhibit high agility and resilience.
