As the HR Executive you will support the continued growth of Expereo and be a part of our Global HR team with head office in Amsterdam.

You will report to our HR Manager Singapore/Philippines who is based in the Philippines and be responsible for day-to-day HR support for the Singapore and Philippines region. The HRE will support and partner local Management. Ideally, you will have experience working in a fast-paced, international and entrepreneurial business environment. We have circa 450 employees from more than 40 nationalities, based in our offices in Amsterdam, Singapore, Philippines USA, United Arab Emirates, Argentina, Brazil and Poland.

This role requires a high degree of discretion and the ability to manage confidential & sensitive information. Our culture is informal and direct. We are extremely customer centric. We believe in teamwork, and dont like egos and hierarchy. We make decisions quickly.


Here are how your day-today responsibilities of the role will look like, but are not limited to:

HR related topics:

  • Partner and support with the local Management team on HR related topics, at operational and tactical level.
  • Advise management and employees on HR policies, compensation and benefits, recruitment, training and performance management etc.;
  • Ensure HR policies, processes, compensation & benefits etc. are up to date and conform country rules and regulations;
  • Reporting on internal (personnel) data;
  • Administer all employee benefits (pension, health insurance) and coordinate with relevant 3rd parties;
  • Coordinate yearly HR activities (Performance review cycle, yearly salary review);
  • Participate in (international) HR projects as and where appropriate;
  • Administer training activities and schedule training sessions in accordance with Management;
  • Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment process;
  • Work closely with the HR Manager and local Management with regards to local recruitment activities;
  • Co-ordinate recruitment activities and logistics;
  • Assist in sourcing and posting of roles on external websites, i.e. LinkedIn posting;
  • Perform sourcing and screening of functions (where necessary liaising with Corporate Recruiter in Amsterdam).
  • Ensure that an adequate on-boarding process is in place for new hires;
  • Work closely with the regional Managing Director/General Manager to facilitate the best working environment for our employees.

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in HR, ideally in a multinational / international environment; IT industry/ Telecommunication company background is a plus.
  • A graduate of Social Sciences / Psychology / Human Resources, or related course
  • Excellent Team player - be an integral part of our international HR team;
  • Affinity in working closely with the Management team;
  • Have work experience in a multicultural environment with different cultures;
  • Superior administrative and organizational skills;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Flexible and detail-oriented;
  • Ability to follow up and meet deadlines;
  • Must be able to work self-directed and be proactive;
  • Must have high standard of discretion and integrity;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English;
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook), experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking systems;
  • Knowledge on local labor laws and regulatory compliance
  • Focus on continuous improvement in HR processes.
