You will be reporting to People Services Team in NTU HR Shared Services that covers onboarding, work pass matters, benefits administration, training support and bond management.
In this role, you will process work pass applications and handle on-boarding matters; or handle benefits administration including FlexBen, leave and insurance as well as training support. You will be expected to work closely with the internal teams within Shared Services to attain high customer satisfaction, and attend to staff queries in a timely manner.
In addition, you will be required to consolidate and prepare monthly reports as well as to participate in adhoc HR projects.
To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Business or related discipline with 1 to 2 years or more of HR working experience. You should also possess the following skills and abilities:
- Good understanding of common HR practices and Employment related legislation
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills especially in customer relations
- Meticulous and a service oriented mind-set
