Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting, specifically for tech positions
- Strategic working exposure with various stakeholders internal executive management team and external stakeholders or vendors
- Strong strategic and commercial thinking to translate and execute business needs into talent strategy
- Highly exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven expertise in managing the whole recruitment cycle
- Proven track record in hitting recruitment targets
- Creative, quick, and highly adaptable
