Roles & Responsibilities

Adecco is partnering with an automotive MNC for an opportunity to join their presence in Singapore. They are looking for a full-time and permanent experienced senior recruitment specialist to join their new venture located in the West. This is a sole contributor for corporate function and technical roles including blue collared workers and managing campus recruitment. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who can flourish well in a start up environment and lead recruitment initiatives independently. As a pioneer contributor for the HR Team, the incumbent can potentially take on more responsibilities in future.

Responsibilities

  • Manage HR functions to attract exceptional talents
  • Manage daily recruitment activities and projects across all business functions as well as planning to meet recruitment targets
  • Evaluate existing recruitment channels and develop new formats to meet hiring needs
  • Manage recruitment vendors to collaborate efficiently
  • Optimize recruitment process and tools to enhance efficiency
  • Build talent database on critical jobs to prevent potential workforce shortage
  • Advise and conduct training and mentorship programs for incumbents on all recruitment related activities and process including assessment and selection
  • Proactively drive recruitment process, toolkit optimization and development
  • Constantly drive improvement based on market intelligence
  • Develop employer branding and employee engagement planning
  • Promote best employer campaign to enhance brand awareness and reputation in the market
  • Plan conferences and team building events and lead work environment management initiatives
  • Manage social media campaigns
  • Establish relationships with universities for long-term partnerships
  • Organize campus recruitment activities to attract young talents
  • Assist in articulation of organizational values and cultures and propose HR management activities accordingly
  • Actively communicate with HQ to ensure clear and consistent HR decision making
  • Support related activities, events and tasks
  • Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • At least 3-5 years in recruitment in house for MNCs or ICT or automotive industry or agencies
  • Highly competent in executing recruitment activities with minimum supervision
  • Work independently and multi-task with excellent knowledge of employment laws
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and can develop strong relationships
  • Able to thrive well in a start-up environment and culture
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Enthusiasm for the project and jobscope
  • Those with more experience will be considered for senior position
