My client renowned company is looking for a Senior Recruitment Manager to join their growing HR team.
About the role
Identify candidates through various sources and act as a primary point of contact for candidates. You will source, qualify and match candidates for the different Business Units. You are responsible for the entire recruitment process and will oversee the firms hiring KPI and manage the recruitment timeline. You will maintain a relationship with the hiring managers in order to understand their hiring needs as well as enhance the recruitment process.
You will have at least 9 years of recruiting experience with a relevant bachelor degree. You must be able to handle mass recruitment and high volume hiring. It is preferred that you have experience working in a BPO environment. You are a hands-on person who has good communications skills and shows initiative. You must have exceptional problem solving skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
