We are currently looking for driven individuals to join our expanding Banking & Finance team as Recruitment Consultants.

The job woudl entail

Recruitment Management
Manage end to end recruitment activities for assigned portfolio
Manage client expectations in providing advice / solutions to recruitment methodologies and timeline, across varying requirements.
Operations Management
Oversee and manage end to end delivery of candidates for contingent staffing programs.
Ensure service excellence through successful matching of candidates with hiring requirements, ensuring satisfactory coverage of assigned client portfolio

Ensure alignment of processes with clients candidate selection, role fulfilment and candidate onboarding requirements.
Ensure successful renewal of contract/ client engagements
Relationship Management / Contractual Delivery
Manage and ensure client and candidate expectations are met throughout contract delivery process

Develop strong and constructive relationships with identified key sponsor/stakeholders through regular formal and informal meetings/contact.
Become a key point of contact for stakeholders for any relevant queries / issues that arise. Actively seek and act on feedback from key stakeholders to drive optimum solution for both parties.
Have a comprehensive understanding of the contractual services engagement and KPIs and SLAs to support contract renewal process

Monitor service delivery against contractual terms
Outsourcing Management
Ensure staff retention and support contract matters
Provide HR advise on employment practices
