  • Job Description:

  • He/she will interact with all levels of the organization including Senior Executives.
  • Manage interview arrangements for candidates, including but not limited to scheduling interviews and administering onsite tests
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates and hiring managers at the interview stage
  • Take charge of the logistical and operational preparation for events
  • Maintain the calendar of upcoming events and interviews
  • Other tasks as assigned by the team
  • Initiating criminal and credit background checks
  • Contribute to impactful team projects
  • Produce ad hoc recruiting reports
  • Coordinate resourcing management reports when needed
  • Assist in input and maintenance of recruiting data into the applicant tracking system
  • Prior recruiting experience in the Tech industry is strongly preferred
  • Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from initial candidate assessments to interviews and offer management
  • Source top talents using a variety of creative techniques and figure out passive candidates via different platforms
  • Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
