Roles & Responsibilities

The Role

Working as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and Operations Lead will include developing and monitoring recruitment procedures, from sourcing to client management. This job will have a heavy focus on business development. You will also be tasked with focusing on operational improvements projects as required by a startup company.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Liaise with senior contacts within the client to develop business plans, recruitment plans and organisational structures
  • Create and support business development strategies
  • Manage senior stakeholders in fast-moving, complex and difficult client environments enhancing Anter Recruitment reputation within the market
  • Deliver continuous improvement projects and client-specific project
  • Develop the business of and manage the accounts of major clients.
  • Keep abreast of market intelligence and industry trends (e.g. new technology, recruitment metrics, legislative changes) and use this insight to develop resourcing plans
  • Lead operations such as payroll, Insurance and HR duties amongst others, whilst identifying areas of improvement with current practices.
  • Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of IT recruitment experience
  • Ability to liaise with and influence all levels of management to agree on a change of direction or new process
  • Experience working to and achieving demanding targets, ratios and SLAs and working to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment
  • Subject matter expertise, knowledge of local recruitment practices along with the ability to use market intelligence and analyse market trends to provide insights to clients
  • Experience in the use of recruitment technology and recruitment databases
  • Thorough understanding of legislation affecting area of work (e.g., age discrimination, employment risks for contractors) and ability to guide and advise clients on legislation
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Administration, Business or similar
