My client is looking for an experienced recruiter to join their APAC Recruitment Team in Singapore.
Your Role:
Are you a people person? Do you know what it takes to select the right talents and bring them on board? We're looking for someone like that who can:
- Support the end-to-end recruiting process for a large-scale graduate level hiring program
- Manage general queries from candidates, hiring managers managing issues appropriately and escalating as required
- Take charge of candidate databases, safeguarding integrity of the data, protecting intellectual property and complying with regulations
- Make sure candidates and hiring managers get a seamless recruiting experience
Your Expertise:
- Ideally 3+ years of experience in Financial Services recruitment with some inhouse experience required ideally dealing with high volume/graduate recruitment
- Passionate about human resources and love interacting with people
- Well organized, with a sharp eye for detail combined with excellent time management and organization skills
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels in the organization
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach to daily tasks and responsibilities
- Always professional (but you have the human touch)
- Experience using BrassRing will be advantageous but is not required
