The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for you to be part of our growing team in Singapore. We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our contracting team and manage relationships within some of our key client accounts. You will be supporting well known global and regional clients to help fulfill their contracting recruitment needs. Working alongside a supportive and experienced team, you will have all the resources you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage & build strong client relationships
  • Attend client job briefings
  • Proactively source and place contract and permanent candidates within client SLA timeframes
  • Develop and execute candidate generation strategies using all available recruiting tools
  • Screen and shortlist candidates who are directly aligned to the vacancy being worked
  • Assist candidates in the areas of resume preparation and interview performance
  • Conduct interviews which are specific and targeted to the role
  • Build outstanding relationships with candidates to assist in referral and networking activities, along with candidate career development
  • Your Background

  • Ideally 5 years recruitment experience
  • Experience in contract recruitment is preferred
  • Strong Singapore recruitment knowledge
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced recruitment environment
  • CEI Certified
