Job Scope

  • Identifying talents, recruiting candidates with a structured workflow and timeframe to support continued business productivity
  • Receiving and understanding job requests from clients
  • In charge of the candidate pipeline using creative sourcing strategies and ensure candidate management & experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Reaching out to a number of applicants large enough to guarantee a more than satisfactory hire after interviewing
  • Interviewing candidates that mesh with the clients' company culture; identify candidates' hard skills, soft skills and potentials
  • Networking with industry professionals who may know suitable candidates
  • Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Min 5-7 years experience sourcing/recruiting or equivalent experience working on IT/Technical roles from corporate, recruitment agency industry.
  • Ability to take initiative and build effective, productive relationships while consistently and positively contributing in a high-paged, changing work environment
  • Exposure to HR processes, such as interviewing and candidate evaluation
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
