Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
Build applicant sources through colleges, employment agencies, recruiters and social media and provide organization information, opportunities and benefits.
Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Assess qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules.
