Job Description

We are seeking for a dynamic and passionate individual for the position of Recruiter. Candidates who have the passion to pursue their careers by having a good understanding of IT technology, good documentation skills and communication skills are encouraged to apply.


  • Manage the selection processes, including requisition management, development of position descriptions and recruitment strategy, candidate selection, reference and background checks, salary negotiations, and the facilitation of commencement day details.
  • Conduct recruitment strategy meetings with Hiring Managers to ensure a complete understanding of the job requirements, candidate matches, and the qualifications needed to fill the role. Use findings to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, assessments, and closing approaches.
  • Develop and ensure implementation of high-quality ASEAN recruitment, interviewing, selection, and strategic onboarding processes. Build the skills and commitment of hiring managers to follow best practices in all stages of the talent acquisition life cycle.
  • Review applications and assess candidate qualifications against criteria established in the job descriptions.
  • Conduct thorough candidate pre-screening interviews and recommend highly qualified and diverse candidates who meet the requirements for the role.
  • Collect relevant personnel documentation.
  • Negotiate the compensation rate and packages with contract and permanent candidates.
  • Provide weekly reports to hiring managers on a timely basis regarding status relating to all positions; including outreach and response for each position as needed.
  • Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media
  • Send out all bulk email (e.g. confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails) and handle paperwork (e.g. offer letters)
  • Coordinate and initiate background checks
  • Participate in recruiting events; career fairs and campus recruitment events
  • Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
  • At least 6 years of proven working experience as a Recruiter (in-house recruitment experience / agency background are welcome to apply)
  • Good to have experience in Tech Recruitment.
  • Familiarity with end to end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple calendars
  • Effectively communicate with all levels of client organizations, vendors and stakeholders
