Our parent company, Delivery Hero, is a global leader in the food delivery industry processing over 3 million orders every day and operating in 40+ markets in the world, with 18,000 employees and approximately 500,000+ restaurant partners. In APAC, foodpanda operates in over 150 cities across 12 countries.

We are now looking for a highly driven and motivated Senior Recruiter / Manager, Talent Acquisition (APAC) to join our fast-growing regional headquarters based in Singapore. The successful candidate will be a key member of our Business Recruitment team, covering a broad range of functions spanning across sales, operations, corporate functions, and our new business verticals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies to fuel the growth of our APAC business.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to organize hiring needs, plan creative sourcing methods, and onboard the market's best talent.
  • Build out foodpanda's employer brand and work towards increasing awareness across the market.
  • Build relationships with global and local hiring managers and functional heads to identify needs and determine recruitment plans.
  • Hands-on execution of the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, selection, interviews, candidate management, and offer management.
  • Full cycle recruitment for various functional areas.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with global/internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Proactively develop contacts and networks to build talent pipelines in niche areas, stay updated with market intelligence, industry practices, and other opportunities.
  • Key requirements:

  • University degree in any discipline.
  • Approx. 7 to 10 years of in-house recruitment or onsite RPO experience.
  • Background in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, startup/tech environments preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing candidates in the APAC market.
  • Track record of high-volume recruitment across multiple functional areas.
  • Strong relationship and consultative skills, with ability to influence, inform, and negotiate.
  • Fluency in English (our corporate language) and great communication skills.
