The Role & Responsibilities:





Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Sourcing, screening and engaging passive and active candidates
  • Partner with senior leaders across the organization to understand their hiring objectives and develop team recruiting strategies to hit quarterly hiring goals
  • Help initiate creative and scalable changes to our existing recruitment strategy. For example, using data to drive conversations with hiring teams to find the most efficient and customer-centric means to attract top talent
  • Track and analyze metrics; and report on hiring progress to business leadership on a weekly basis
  • Concentrate on creating strategic plans for sourcing candidates with diverse backgrounds for each of your roles
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams like Developers, Design, Customer Service, Product, Marketing, Legal and C-suites to deliver a high-quality and holistic candidate experience
  • Championing the candidate-to-employee journey
  • Performing reference checks
  • Use a combination social networking resources and creative sourcing techniques to procure candidates
  • Collaborating with the People team and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure business needs and goals are fulfilled
  • Experience with end to end onboarding process




HR Generalist
  • Responsible for managing the full spectrum of employee lifecycle activities
  • Review, develop and establish enhanced HR processes to drive the business towards achieving its goals
  • Experience with workforce planning and performance management systems
  • Develop, review and establish Learning and Development programs, succession planning, compensation & rewards according to the needs of the organization
  • Review and maintain HR systems and processes to achieve heightened accuracy and efficiency




Experience/skills requirements
  • 5+ years full-cycle recruitment experience and / or HR generalist experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Good grasp of technical requirements in startups and e-commerce companies preferred
  • A genuine passion delivering exceptional candidate experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate balance of professionalism and friendliness
  • An active and data-driven approach to problem-solving; you enjoy making sense of the trends and using the insights to better your process to make it more efficient
  • A growth mindset and truly flexible. You can shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change (At a fast-growing startup, they often do)
