As a Senior Recruiter, you are part of this important and exciting journey. Your main responsibilities will be on Hiring & Onboarding. Besides, you would support various activities within the People Team such as Engagement & Communication, HR Operations when needed.RESPONSIBILITIE
HIRING & ONBOARDING
Create a comprehensive job description based on manager specifications to be used to present to candidates and to post to job boards and internal gateways.
Be active and creative in sourcing on various channels like LinkedIn, professional/social media forums, career fairs, partnership, networking events or any other creative methods to locate qualified candidates. Develop and Maintain Candidate Database.
Take care of recruitment for IT & Non-IT profiles, not limited to Vietnam market only but also around the globe (APAC, Europe, AMER, LATAM)
Coordinate with Hiring Panel/Department Heads to facilitate Interview rounds, Offer Creation and Negotiation to hire the right talent.
Facilitate New Employee onboarding process to ensure they feel welcome, ready, and help them integrate successfully.
Participate in Employer Branding activities to enhance companys presence in the market and attract more talents on various channels.
GENERAL SUPPORT FOR PEOPLE TEAM
Provide support in Employee Engagement events and Communication
Provide support to employees in various HR related topics.
Provide support in the development and implementation of HR policies & processes, HR Data Management.
Provide support in managing office facilities, procurement for People Team, and other administration tasks where needed.
Provide support in HR Projects & ad-hoc tasks where needed.REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor Degree or equivalent practical experiences.
At least 3 years experience in HR activities in international companies, preferable in IT/Tech industry.
Solid experience in Hiring/Recruitment in IT/Tech industry.
Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication is a must.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Social Media channels.
Exceptional communicators and great negotiators.
Organized and have an eye for detail.
Strong problem-solving and project-management skills.
Open mindset, hunger for new knowledge and experiences.
Great service mindset and good sense of people/emotional intelligence.
