About the Job

As our Senior Recruiter (f/m/d) for the APAC region you see yourself as a gatekeeper for CoachHub, consciously selecting new team members who match our company and team culture.
In this role you will be responsible for hiring different roles for the APAC market in the area of Sales and Delivery, acting as a partner to our candidates, hiring managers and teams as well as service providers.
CoachHub and our recruiting team is growing. Together with you we want to bring our recruitment to the next level! You will work in a dynamic, international organization that welcomes you as a human, colleague and team member.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • You create and publish job advertisements, based on the respective requirement profiles
  • You update the requirement profiles continuously in consultation with the hiring managers
  • You approach candidates actively and passively and you determine the suitable platforms per job
  • You conduct interviews and decide on the candidate's progress, and carry out briefings to your hiring managers on a regular basis
  • You explore and develop new recruiting opportunities and liaise with external headhunters and recruiting agencies
  • You coordinate appointments with applicants for yourself and the internal hiring managers
  • You are eager to optimize existing organizational processes in the area of recruiting and to contribute new ideas
  • You track and report recruiting KPIs to the Head of Talent Acquisition
  • Your profile

  • You have already gained 4+ years practical experience in recruitment, preferably in an international scale-up context
  • You are characterized by a special interest in finding the best talent for a company
  • You are eager to provide an outstanding and reliable candidate experience
  • You have excellent skills in interviewing as well as effective and transparent stakeholder management
  • You have a very solution-oriented and independent working style
  • You naturally bring together the needs of the company and your stakeholders
  • You are an English native speaker, other languages are a plus
