Responsibilities

Independently handle recruitment assignments for the designated Line of Service, which includes: - understanding the resourcing needs and requirements - suitable resourcing channels - screening applications, conducting interviews and coordinating necessary assessments - identifying and appointing the suitable candidates;
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other service providers;
Work closely with the Experienced Hire managers to develop and manage a strategic sourcing strategy for the designated Line of Service;
Participate in sourcing-related projects;
Handle other EH daily tasks and any other duties as assigned.


Reporting structure key relationships

Reports to: Manager - Experienced Hire;
Key Relationships: Partners and hiring managers in designated line of service, Line of Service (HRBP) , HR Service Delivery Centre, other recruiters in the team.


Requirements

Bachelors degree;
At least five years of experience as a recruitment specialist; preferably in a service or multinational environment;
Experience with stakeholder management at all levels;
Demonstrates strong problem-solving, organisation, analytical and research skills;
Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skill;
Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both spoken and written are essential;
Good communication, negotiation and influencing skills with an ability to build strong client relationships;
Client focused with demonstrated resourcefulness, initiative and flexibility;
A high level of discretion and confidentiality;
A team player with a can do attitude;
Ability to handle pressure and manage conflicting demands.
