Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of campus recruiting programs
- Drive and be accountable for campus branding activities in universities and to cultivate a good relationships network with universities, as well as vendors to gain trust and respect for ongoing collaboration
- Manage the process and arrangement of interview and assessments
- Source and build a pool of diverse candidates through outreach on campus ensuring pipeline for internship programs and graduate positions
- Update and maintain recruitment reports and database to ensure accuracy
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in related disciplines preferably in an HR discipline
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Responsible, detail-minded, with an organized mindset
- A dynamic team player with good interpersonal skills and leadership aptitudes
- Ability to work independently and under pressure/ deadlines
- Immediately available is highly preferred
