Roles & Responsibilities

The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Recruiting team is seeking a customer-focused Senior Recruiter who is interested to work with a team of Builders and have a penchant for innovation.

You will successfully manage, prioritize and close multiple requisitions against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize and meet or exceed target expectations to delight the customers. You will partner closely with hiring managers across multiple business lines to create customized hiring strategies for addressable talent pools and market conditions. In addition to end to end recruitment responsibilities across multiple hiring requests concurrently, you will work on both tactical and strategic projects to continuously innovate for our customers.

Basic qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in technical and non-technical recruiting experience in Sales, Business Development space and 1+ years experience in technology or management consulting sector.
  • Demonstrated experience of full life cycle recruiting including designing hiring strategies, advising hiring managers on hiring strategy and executing hiring plan.
  • Track record of successfully managing multiple searches concurrently
  • Experience designing hiring strategies and executing hiring plan, including advising the hiring manager on hiring strategy
  • Experience with multiple languages namely English, Japanese, Mandarin or Korean will be a plus as this role will have frequent interactions with clients in those geographies.
  • Preferred qualifications

  • Demonstrated analytic skills with ability to create and measure leading indicators of key recruiting metrics
  • Demonstrated client engagement and management skills, and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new ways of hiring, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer
  • Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member
  • CTS/ATS experience relating to sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
