Based in their regional Hong Kong office they require the expertise of a seasoned, dynamic Senior Recruiter to drive their recruitment activities through developing, reviewing and streamlining their end to end recruitment process.
As Senior Recruiter you will be accountable for heading the recruitment team and developing their capabilities to ensure they can effectively partner with the business to manage their stakeholders recruitment needs.
Success will be defined by your ability to implement an effective strategic hiring procedure and sourcing strategy. You will oversee budgets, manage vendors and you will play a pivotal role in project managing recruitment assessment days and recruitment events.
With this is mind you will have some previous experience within financial services and high volume recruitment and you will be an effective manager with the ability to work closely with senior management. Fluency in both English and Cantonese is essential for this role.
