- Provide and suggest the business talent solutions based on business needs.
- Deliver end-to-end high-touch recruiting service to business/functional group.
- Ensure quality requisition fulfillment discussion and form the feasible hiring decision with the hiring managers and business groups.
- Align with the Staffing Manager and HRBP in the design and execution of recruitment strategy and collaborate with peers to maintain consistent best practices. Drive the recruiting result and performance against hiring plan and KPIs.
- Collaborate broadly with both internal regional and global staffing center of expertise, and external professional communities and network on accumulating market intelligence and strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Maintain close relationships within the business to address stakeholder concerns and needs as staffing initiatives evolve.
