Since opening its doors in 2008, Ubisoft Singapore has become the biggest AAA game development studio in Southeast Asia. It innovated within the franchise as the studio behind the naval battle gameplay and water technology in Assassins Creed III, Assassins Creed IV Black Flag and most recently in Assassins Creed Valhalla. WHAT WILL BE YOUR JOURNEY
Reporting into the Senior Manager Talent Acquisition in Singapore, this is an in-house recruiting role. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for attracting candidates and coordinating the hiring process for our Singapore studio in order to ensure the smooth running of the recruiting need.
The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for the recruiting activity of mid and senior profiles, serving as a consultant with strong knowledge about the current trends and information for the industry in his/her scope of sourcing. The sourcing of profiles should cover multiple discipline such as Art, Design and Programming globally. To be best in this role the candidate must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit all customer SLAs. We are in an innovative and fast-paced environment. You must be able to roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done.
