The right candidate must be able to effectively manage, prioritize and close requisitions against a timeline and understand how to prioritize to meet all customer SLAs. They thrive in an innovative and fast-paced environment with ability of dealing with ambiguity. The best candidates will draw on extensive experience of Talent Acquisition and specialty of his/her recruiting area to build trust and forge effective relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners. They have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation and engagement, client management, prioritization, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service to both hiring managers and candidates.

Key job responsibilities

  • Deliver the annual hiring plan for the business line/group assigned
  • Drive the hiring process and provide both operational and consulting advice to the hiring team and business stakeholders on talent acquisition
  • Optimize operational process flows and identify ways to deliver a consistent, scalable, customer obsessed recruitment experience to all stakeholders
  • Drive simplification and contribute to increase productivity across the team
  • Drive the best possible candidate and hiring manager experience, delivering on key customer satisfaction SLAs
  • Strong customer focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering talent acquisition solutions to the business.
  • Execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, and diversity sourcing
  • Basic qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree.
  • 8 years + solid track record/experience in corporate and/or search firm progressive recruiting experience, with experience in hi-tech industry preferred
  • Experience in building hiring plan and utilizing a variety of sourcing tools
  • Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple requisitions, hiring projects and client relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • CRM/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
