Your new company
A growing fintech company with presence internationally is looking for a new Senior Recruiter to join their business. The organisation has been around for the last 5 years and has been growing exponentially and has intentions to further grow the South East Asia market.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process of the entire organization ranging from mainly tech roles to non-tech roles as well across Asia. You are also required to be creative in looking at various talent acquisition channels to source for the right talent that meets the business requirement. On top of that, you will work closely with the HR team in overall recruitment operational excellence. You will also need to take ownership of advising the hiring managers in being more involved in the hiring process, coaching on interview methods and take ownership in driving internal referral programs. You will also need to build and develop better employer branding strategies to position the organisation better in a competitive fintech market.
What you'll need to succeed
You would need to have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the tech industry. You would also need to be able to have strong verbal and written communication skills.
