As a member of our global KF Hire solution, you will join us in a true business partner role that will see you take ownership of key recruitment deliverables, with a focus on senior-level hiring and managing internal stakeholder relationships for the ANZ business.

    With a consultative approach, youll provide expert recruitment advice to the business to lead positive outcomes as you build and support workforce planning initiatives. This is an opportunity to completely embed yourself in the Korn Ferry business and partner with key contacts.

    About youAs a Talent Acquisition subject matter expert, with demonstrated experience recruiting across a fast-paced global environment, youve managed the full recruitment lifecycle.

    You have proven ability to build and extend stakeholder relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to stakeholders either in an on-site or off-site environment.

    Either from agency, internal or RPO background, youve worked within an executive search or professional services environment and delivered corporate and professional recruitment across all levels. Other key attributes and experience will include;

  • Client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers, Human Resources and Executive Leadership throughout the recruitment process
  • Experience developing and executing against multi-faceted sourcing strategies, competitive mapping and process enhancements
  • A strong consultative nature and customer centric approach
  • Be resilient, enjoy ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced agile environment
  • Key Responsibilities

    KF Hire is Korn Ferrys Internal Talent Acquisition function.

    As a member of KF Hire, the Senior Recruiter will build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients either in an on-site or off-site environment. The role focuses on high touch candidate relationship management as well as customer focus and responsiveness in client facing activities. The Senior Recruiter is the subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.

    Specifically, the successful individual will:

  • Work closely with Business Partners to align sourcing activities to workforce plans and understands key business needs and priorities
  • Identify the channels and strategy to source candidates matching business requirements
  • Client Relationship Management - Conduct interactions with key stakeholders in a timely, professional and responsive manner
  • Conduct role briefing and set expectations for the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Follow agreed recruitment process for recruitment delivery and identify continuous improvement opportunities to further enhance the overall candidate and manager experience
  • Effectively communicate the individual opportunity to candidates and differentiate the Korn Ferry Employer Value Proposition (EVP)
  • Use competency based interviewing to identify and differentiate candidate in presentation and short-list process
  • Conduct and document screening process including resume pre-screening, telephone interview and short listing, design questions and scripts for screening process
  • Manage the collection and distribution of HR and/or recruiting related correspondence; e.g. education verification, reference checks, background checks, etc.
  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), document candidate activity, present candidates to hiring managers, and facilitate the interview and offer process
  • Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios
  • Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for openings, and global operational initiative
  • Professional Experience/Qualifications

  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent is required
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication at all levels within a professional recruitment environment
  • Experience working in a fast-paced global environment while effectively coping with change
  • Experience working in a recruitment process outsourcing or executive search environment
  • Full life-cycle recruitment experience supporting all levels of positions with a focus on senior-level hiring
  • Client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers, Human Resources and Executive Leadership throughout the recruitment process
  • Ability to provide team members with details necessary to build overall recruitment solution necessary to successfully execute against project
  • Experience conducting and discussing competency/behavioral based interviews with Hiring Managers
  • Experience working with Assessment tools
  • Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System to follow a defined recruitment process
  • Experience developing and executing against multi-faceted sourcing strategies, competitive mapping and process enhancements
  • Detailed knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting
