Roles & Responsibilities

The role: As the Senior Recruiter, APJ you will partner closely with management to develop and execute an effective talent acquisition strategy aimed at securing top talent in the market. With the organizational goals of doubling the team, headcount, and revenue over the next 2 years, you will play a critical, and highly visible, role in successfully meeting our business objectives.

What youll do as a Senior Recruiter:

  • Partner directly with 1st and 2nd line managers across Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, Marketing and more to assess hiring needs, role prioritization, and job specifications
  • Act as a consultant to the business by driving the recruiting strategy and offering solutions to specific problems, issues, or obstacles encountered
  • Ensure a high touch candidate experience from beginning to end while owning full life cycle recruiting responsibilities
  • Drive innovative sourcing strategies to engage and attract top talent in the market
  • Work closely with Employment Branding to generate campaigns designed to increase awareness, interest and top of funnel leads
  • What youll bring as a Senior Recruiter:

  • Significant enterprise level recruiting experience
  • Demonstrable experience running targeted searches and engagement campaigns to increase awareness, generate interest, and secure hires
  • Ability to develop recruitment strategies and KPIs by leveraging internal and external metrics & insights
  • Ability to influence hiring decisions and outcomes by building trust & credibility with Hiring Managers, Leadership, Peers, and Candidates
  • A systematic and consistent way of managing & prioritizing your time and req load effectively
  • Cybersecurity or SaaS industry experience strongly preferred
