Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.

You will own the following:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, offer negotiation, etc
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure candidates are chosen based on technical and cultural requirements. Provide advice, guidance, and training throughout the process

  • Take a data-driven approach to develop goals, validate your activities and to measure success
  • Use industry knowledge and experience to identify and attract the best talent in technical or business baseline.
  • Provide market insights, including industry mapping and research to improve our competitive position in the SEA talent market.
  • Provide optimal candidate experience with all candidates, build upon those relationships, and utilize talent pools for future positions with those connections
  • Requirements:

  • 4 to 5 years experience in recruiting
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) in a start-up environment a plus
  • Tenacity to learn, improve processes, and aid team in execution and development of Strategic HR practices
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Desire to provide quality interactions with candidates
