Roles & Responsibilities

RPAT Pte Ltd specializes in ICT and employment solutions. Our expertise ranges from running virtual career fairs, recruitment & HR advisory and web design & development. We are currently expanding our team, and we welcome you to apply for our Senior Recruiter.

You will report to the Business Development Manager and work closely with the Sales & Recruitment Team.

You will be involved mainly in screening candidates and matching them to job roles. You will be critical in referring the right candidates to clients .

Additional responsibilities include assist in managing the recruitment team, attending job fairs and other business requirements.

  • Sourcing for candidates through job portals, social media etc.
  • Filtering & interviewing candidates through telephone, virtual, or face to face interviews.
  • Recommend suitable candidates to external clients.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with candidates
  • Participate in career fairs.
  • Assist in managing the recruitment team.
  • Train new and junior recruiters.
  • Review and streamline processes.
  • Basic salary + Commission.
  • Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service-oriented, target driven and challenge seeking.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
  • Independent & proactive.
  • Self-motivated and sales oriented.
  • Have CEI certification.
