Roles & Responsibilities

Based in Singapore

With us, you will

Have to act as Vodafone main point of contact for resourcing requirements across Asia for line managers. This includes maintaining highest levels of service between the candidates and line managers. Consistently striving to ensure quality hires are recruited.

Key Accountabilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment across Asia both internally with business verticals and externally with third party suppliers

Partner with line managers on recruitment plans and advise on sourcing methodology

Strive to achieve efficiencies through recruitment and endeavour to reduce business dependency on agency hires

Drive to achieve recruitment KPIs such as source of hire, cost per hire, time to hire

Ensure positive candidate experience providing feedback and updates on the recruitment process throughout

Essential:

At least 8 years experience within in-house recruiter role/recruitment agency

Experience of recruiting across IT and telcos

Regional experience of recruiting across Asia

Must be a self-starter

Confident communicator with ability to partner, negotiate and challenge senior management on hiring decisions if and when required
