Job Description
Requirements:
Candidate should possess at least a Degree, preferably in Human Resource Management
Candidate should have at least two years relevant experience
Candidate should be a Singaporean/Singapore PR
Responsibilities:
Recruit, interview and appoint candidate
Monitor staff due for confirmation and re-appointment
Develop, implement and manage orientation, training and development programmes
Co-ordinate work review and appraisal exercises
Manage employee relations, including management-staff communication, grievance handling and disciplinary procedures
Handle resignation/termination of staff, including exit interview
Apply/Renew/Cancel work permit or S Pass application
Apply/Renew insurance related to staff benefits and handle insurance claims
Organise/Coordinate staff welfare related activities
Submit funding application/claims for training, leave, absentee payroll etc
Certify staffs' monthly payroll
Submit survey returns to relevant authorities (eg, Department of Statistics, Ministry of Manpower)
Co-ordinate salary review/increment exercise
Review and update 4S salary scales and staff's benefits programme
Develop and update job descriptions
Review/update HR policies, employment contract, 4S staff's code and conduct and HR related documents
Maintain staffs' personal files and database
Perform functions of 4S Data Protection Officer
Attend and report HR related matters at committee meetings
Provide secretarial support for committee meetings
Maintain HR System
Working Hours:
5-day work week, up to 44 hours a week
Willing to work on weekend when required
