Job Description

As a team member of the HR Strategy Transformation Team, you will be supporting the design and implementation of various people initiatives to enable the business and people strategy across Mainland China and Hong Kong from strategy to execution. The major responsibilities include:

Implement and assist in designing people strategy transformation solutions to enable the business strategy and people priorities;
Work with different stakeholders to understand their needs to ensure the business relevance and effectiveness of the implementation;
Implement and project manage the solutions in collaboration with other HR and non-HR (e.g. business executives, internal support departments) functions;
Communicate the design and execution plan with a wide group of stakeholders (e.g. business executives, HR team, support functions, employees);
Projects may include: people strategy, strategic change management, HR functional transformation, cultural transformation, employee experience engagement survey, organisational design/target operating model, digital HR (design thinking, people analytics), strategic workforce planning, HR innovation.


Requirements:

Bachelors degree or above;
At least 4 years of experience working in client-facing consulting and/or in-house HR project experience;
Proven track record in HR in-house and/or consulting projects;
Demonstrates agility and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and manage various priorities with tolerance of ambiguity;
Ability to think strategically and connect the dots with business/people strategy and priorities, and flex between a big picture view and detailed execution;
Considerable business acumen to translate the business strategy into people strategy and solutions;
Ability to collaborate in a team environment and manage stakeholders from diverse background;
Demonstrates attention to detail, strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
Prior experience or considerable knowledge about the China market;
Proficiency in spoken and written English essential, Mandarin Chinese highly preferred;
Ability to develop executive-level presentation in a story-telling approach leveraging MS Powerpoint;
Experience or knowledge of strategic change management, organisational design, and/or design thinking is preferred.
