- Provide day to day HR Operations support in routine HR transactions (e.g. Request for employment letters, contract renewals etc.)
- Responsible for all work pass renewals in the organization
- Support teammates in the implementation and transition to the new Employee Core module of SAP Success Factors system on and thereafter able to use the system to perform role
- Manage other HR Admin matters like daily mails, shared inbox etc.
- Diploma in Business, Human Resource or IT related discipline
- At least 2 years experience in HR operations or HR shared services environment
- Proficient in Employment Act
- Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
