Job Responsibilities

The portfolio primarily covers businesses in Group Retail and Group Channels & Digitalisation, alongside with the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Partner and work closely with hiring functions, business managers and HR Business Partners
  • Develop and manage recruitment marketing plans or sourcing plans to determine the most appropriate candidate sources that align to the search requirements
  • Take charge of recruitment initiatives, implementation those initiatives and track the ROI
  • Perform the full cycle of the selection and hiring process which includes sourcing of candidates from the various platforms and channels i.e. job portal, manager or candidate referrals, networking etc.
  • Engagement with candidates to ensure completeness of documents required for onboarding activities in a timely manner
  • Execute and deliver day-to-day recruitment activities in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that committed service standards are met/exceeded
  • Work on ad hoc HR/TA related projects when required
  • Job Requirements

    Requirements:

  • At least 2to 4years of related HR experience, preferably gained in recruitment
  • Proactive, resilient and highly-adaptable, you should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Presentable and able to communicate professionally and effectively to line managers, staff, vendors and candidates of all levels
  • Meticulous, process and service oriented with strong time management skills and ability to deliver within tight deadlines
  • Strong team player who is also able to work independently
