Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate payroll related activities for Hong Kong and Macau regions including taxation, MPF, etc., and work with vendors for payroll preparation for overseas business units.
  • Compile monthly HR and payroll related reports
  • Monitor staff benefits administration such as leave, medical, insurances, etc., and coordinate with brokers and insurance vendors
  • Provide support for commission and bonus computation, annual salary and benefit review, salary, staff cost budget projection, salary benchmarking and benefits surveys, etc.,
  • Handle employee compensation case filing and management
  • Assist in reviewing and formulating HR policies and procedures to cope with business needs and compile with government regulations, write up communication for official announcement
  • Participate in HRIS project review and migration

Requirement:

  • University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant discipline
  • 8 years or above relevant experience, preferably from retail industry
  • Well versed in Hong Kong and Macau Labor Ordinance and related regulations
  • Analytical, detail minded, good numeric sense with high level of accuracy
  • Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Excel application
  • Candidate with HRIS project or SAP Success Factor experience would be an added advantage
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred

Candidate with less relevant experience would be considered as Officer - Human Resources (C&B)
