Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

Manage the full spectrum of HR functions - attending to recruitment needs including interview & selection, on-boarding of new hires, conducting exit interview etc

Provide guidance and advice on HR policies and procedures

Manage a specialised area such as talent acquisition

Drive efficiency through process improvements in own area of work and across the workflow that benefits the team and the organisation

Ready to stand in for team member when need arises

Open to take on project work when assigned

Actively update HR documents with any relevant changes such as SOPs

Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time

Requirements :

Diploma/Degree or equivalent in HR or Business Management

Minimum 2 years relevant experience

Strong communication and stakeholder management skill

Proficient in Excel with knowledge in pivot table

Keen learner with positive attitude
